Broadcasting System
Public broadcasting is broadcasting that serves the public within a limited area. Under normal circumstances, public broadcasting signals are transmitted through broadcasting lines laid out in the broadcasting service area, and it is a one-way (downlinked) wired broadcasting. It is commonly used to provide background music playback, artificial broadcasting services and forced insertion of emergency broadcasts for catastrophic accidents, as well as to distribute news and internal information, and to signal work and rest, and so on.
